CANCELLATIONS
If you may need to cancel a booking please contact us immediately giving us at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise a 50% charge of the treatments booked will be incurred.
BEAUTY GIFT VOUCHERS
A great way to spoil or treat a loved one. These are available for either a value or preferred treatment and valid for 6 months
PATCH TESTING
Patch testing is vital when required before any of our treatments. Failure to do so will result in refusal of service. If not done and appointment is still attended the cancellation charge will still apply. We do patch testing for the safety of yourself so we can carry out the treatments without any allergies/problems occurring. It is advised to be 24-48 hours before treatment.
